Step 2

Enquire on any details needed and is allocated a contact person Engage with a relationship manager.

Step 3

Schedule a site visit A client can send a proxy /representative if they are not able to come personally. A video tour is also an option

Step 4

Select a unit and receive an offer letter for signing. Choose a convenient payment plan. Options are; As per construction milestones, monthly, cash and Mortgage where applicable Requirements at this stage include: A copy of national ID or Passport, Copy of KRA pin, Email address, postal address. Fill and sign the customization form in case of any customizations

Step 5

Pay the deposit and proceed into the agreed repayment plan. This can be, as per construction milestones, monthly repayments, full cash payment (full payment in 30 days) and mortgage where applicable. Payments can be done via; Bank swift transfers to the company’s provided USD, Euro or KES accounts Mobile money transfer apps e.g. Send wave, Tap Tap etc. Receipts and statements are issued after every payment.
